Selling your Home During The Holiday Season
There are many buyers looking to start the year with a new home and lock in the record low-interest rates. Many people take their house off the market from September to - the beginning of January. Why do people take their house off the market? First, they assume its a slower maker. Second, they don't want buyers to come to see it while the house is decorated or not in normal condition. Since many sellers remove their property from the market during the holidays, that leaves fewer properties to choose from and less competition for you.
You want an agent that is going to work hard get you and get the job done. you want an agent with a track record that sells the houses they list and not an agent that just list houses,
I will work hard to get your house sold while you enjoy the Holidays. Call (910) 239-1396 or e-mail me at Regina@Reginadrury.com. Don't let the opportunity to sell your house fly by like the holiday season. You know what they say, timing is everything.
